No Pot of Gold...

Yesterday, I was driving back from an interview I had. It was raining, but if you live in any state near Ohio you know that seeing as how it hasn't stopped for 2 weeks or so.

Anyway, the sun came out, but it didn't stop raining as I drove down the freeway. And then, of course, a rainbow came out.

However, this was unique, at least from my perspective. I've seen a ton of rainbows. This one, ENDED (or began, depending) right in front of my car.

It started near the ground within the mist the car in front of me was kicking up, and then went waaaaaaaay off to the left. I had never actually seen the "end" of a rainbow before.

Unfortunately, there were no leprechauns or pots of gold. There wasn't even any marshmallow laden cereal.

Huh - interesting perspective on that. I've never been near the "end" or "beginning" of a rainbow. I do have a picture of a rainbow ending in Nebraska's Memorial Stadium from a couple of years ago, though. The Huskers have yet to turn into that pot of gold since then, though.

Wow...that is a crazy story man! Did you at least see that thing that Punky Brewster befriended in her Saturday morning cartoon? Those things only come around every 1000 years or something.

(yes, I did watch that cartoon...got a problem with that? Punky was hot when I was 8 - she still is hot in her adult version! )
