Just wondering if there are any new rule changes to go into effect in the NFL this year.?

There was a issue where they reduced challenges to 60 second reviews from regular 90 second reviews.

Stricter TD celebration rules....I think it's no props, no getting on the ground...I'm not sure what else...

Also read on SI that they are looking in to allowing letting any skill position wear #'s 1-49....

They will be more strict on hitting a QB below the knee.

I think they made it a rule that there needs to be a commercial every two plays as well.
