Some constructive criticism:

Try to get a lighter picture. I can barely see they guy's face.

Match the background with the guy. The background looks more brown than orange. Brown and blue don't really go well... especially when brown isn't part of the team's color.

i agree, you need to lighten the pic so you can see his face and everything, i disagree about the background though, i think it looks good how it is

nice job, i think this is one of your better ones. try some gradients on overlay with lowered opacity. or you can just use an ordinary white brush over his face and put that on overlay with lowered opacity.
