seeking critique on sig

hey guys, it's been a little while since my last sig so I decided to get back into it and try and get better. I've made this Hines Ward sig, lemme know what ya'll think. I had a hard time with the text so any suggestions for that or anything else would be appreciated. Thanks.

The lens flare kind of throws it off, but if you wanted to still have it I'd say desaturate that layer and then colorize it in a sometwhat gold manner, also put that layer behind Ward. For the border, I'd suggest that you keep it totally solid so you can't see through it.for the text, it always is hard. I'd probably move the logo to the center more, put all of your text on the left side, and make Ward in big text with Hines in smaller text.
