I think it is crap taking a D 2 QB in the 2nd Round over a DI QB...

I heard this guy has an ARM a GUN a ROCKET!

The thing I am mad about is the pick of Ryan Cook!

Mel Kiper said he wasnt even supposed to be on the 1st day!

So this is what the Moss and Daunte trades got us...

Randy Moss
Daunte Culpepper
FOR
Troy Williamson
Ryan Cook
Napolen Harris

That is just sad! :~(

Well, Jackson was a questionable pick, but he's impressing coaches and I trust Childress' eye. D2 isn't that big of a factor. If the guy can play, he can play. Ryan Cook was a very questionable pick. Napolean Harris I can't completely be angry about because the reason we got a young LB was because he was a risk/reward. He had an equally good chance to excel in the system. We also made up A LOT of room in the cap, which will continue to help us. Moss and Culpepper also don't fit into a West Coast offense. We want high percentage passes and a strong running game. We need to spend that cap room on other aspects of our franchise. I know it looks bad from a player for player perspective, but it wasn't a complete loss for the Vikings franchise.
