Starters = 15 Total - 1 QB / 2 RB / 2 WR / 1 TE / 1 OFF FLEX (RB/WR/TE) / 1 K / 2 DT or DE / 2 LB / 2 CB or S / 1 DEF FLEX (DT/DE/LB/CB/S).
