So I've heard.

I just The Spy Who Came in from the Cold by John le Carre. It was for school (picked it from a list). I didnt like it initally but since it was for school I had to analyze it and I actually really liked it, and it's not that long either

I picked up Maddox's book The Alphabet of Manliness today at lunch. I only recommend it because I believe you are manly enough to open it. ;-D

Anything interesting. I'd like a book that can hook me and I won't be able to put it down until I finish reading it. I like non-fiction usually but I like a good fiction story too.

Of the four I gave you previously, The Waters Turned To Blood and the Gold Of Exodus read like fiction, but are true stories. Read The Waters Turned To Blood if you think science, environment, medicine, etc. are interesting. Read Gold Of Exodus if you think archaeology, treasure-hunting, etc. is interesting

I liked that as well.

I would also recommend John Kennedy Toole's Confederacy of Dunces

Yeah, I saw that book on Tucker Max's website and it sparked my interest. Was it really that good?

Is it funny? I've been thinking about getting it. His website is fantastic.

Donnie Brasco - A true story about an FBI agent who went undercover in the 70's and penetrated the mafia, bringing down several key players. The movie adaptation was a joke.

Anything by Stephen Hunter or James Byron Huggins.

If you like good stories you can breeze through, pick up some James Patterson.
