It's still hard to say without knowing the scoring system. I would probably still go RB first depending on where I drafted and how many teams there are.
RBs should still go early because of positional scarcity, but WRs will get pushed further back than if it was a 1QB league.
The order in which you draft your positions depends on too many factors for me to give you any advice. Just concentrate on getting as many stud players as you can in the first few rounds, prioritizing RBs and QBs (I would want to go something like RB, QB, RB, WR/QB if it were me, but it all depends on what the other owners are doing).
As the others before me have said, we can give better advice if you tell us about your scoring, # of teams, and what pick you have.
There should be plenty of good players available with only 6 teams. I would just try to get as many studs as possible, focusing on those players that have very little injury risk. That league will probably come down to the team that keeps the most studs out of the trainer's room. Oh, and selecting your starting lineup will be very important as well.
Do you know what pick you will have yet? I am not sure that it will make a huge difference in strategy, but I think picks 1-3 will have a pronounced advantage over the others.
I would probably want to get my 2nd RB before my first WR in that league.

After round 5, team needs are going to have a lot to do with what positions you are going after, since it will be hard to take any of the studs you have gotten so far out of the starting lineup, but keep in mind that Gates is still available (I really have no clue where he might go in this league).
It seems like you hit a pretty big drop off in overall talent available in the early 5th round (you start looking at having Vick, Warner, anc McGahee on your team ), so you would want to have as many picks before that point as possible (so picks 1-3 overall).
