Need some advice on this sig

How is this sig been pracitcing alot and this one kimmda i like plez comment as much as possiable not gonna get better without ne help

One place you may wanna start with is taking out the blur in the outer two players. If you look at Chad's jersey, his looks clean, then if you look at the other two, they appear rather blurry.

I might also center the wording or maybe go for a different font altogether.

i actually like alot of the fonts others dont so this font i think looks good and as far as centering goes i thought it look kinda unique because everyone has there text in the middle so am i the only one who likes it (the font and placement) or am i alone? If i am alone i will no not to make sigs for people in the future like this
