How many teams is TOO many in a fantasy football league?

Anything over 12 is spreading things think unless you only start one player per position. Larger leagues are still fun, but if you get an injury or two kiss the year goodbye.

I like anything from 8-12 ... beyond that, it's pretty much a crapshoot.

only played in 10 and 12 myself but my buddy tried a 16 teamer and hated it... So I would say 10 or 12 are the best.
