hey everyone
i'm going to be setting up a casual league for my work place. it'll be a small money fun thing. i use pay services for my other leagues and i'm looking for a free service to run this league. i know yahoo still offers free leagues are they the only one?

yahoo is about the only one who offers a free solid one imo. espn has a free version which is ok and i believe aol's is also and it's run by fanaball which isn't bad.

I like yahoo's the best, but there are other free sites. I didn't like ESPN very much, but you can't ask too much from a free site. I know Foxsports had a free one last year that had live scoring for free, but the site crashed a lot - they may have gotten that working for this year (and they may have taken away free live scoring). Anyway, yahoo is the best I've used.

yeah, i'd stick with yahoo as well. if you want the live scoring you can just buy it for 10-15$ i think?

Reliable site though.

NFL.com offers a pretty good free service...which is basically CBS's.

I agree with the nfl.com suggestion. I really like that site, and it has live scoring for free.

Gotta agree. The AOL site run by Fanball was top notch, IMO. Live scoring, and pretty much all the other bells and whistles you would pay for on other sites.

Highly recommend it and hope it's free again this year.

I would NOT use FOX Fantasy if my life depended on it. Seemed like and was a huge mess from its inception. Luckily, my casual group stumbled on AOL to bail the commissioner (me) out.

Go with AOL.
