Quick Question

I was looking at changing my avatar, but when i did i just saw the lil red x instead of the picture. did I do something wrong or am I just picture illiterate?

I think it has to be under 6kb and 80x80 pixels to use.If ya can find a pic ya want and can't figure out how to resize it,send it to my e-mail & I'll try to help ya out.my e-mail is listed in my profile,let me know if I can help.
