I really dont know about meeting buyers or buyees. This was our first house we bought (we were only in it for 3 years, so it's not liked we're attached to it or anything). But when we closed on this house, buyers, sellers and realtors all met at the lawyers office at the same time to all sign. I don't know if that's norm or not.
And I won't be leaving any crap (except maybe my neighbors

) behind for the new owners because I have too much of a conscience for that. I'll probably even clean a little for them
