Are you kidding?? Tecmo is a classic -- and still gets playtime on my PC every now and then (emulator wise)

I remember one of my friends had a "stand up" unit that his NES fit in, the TV went where the monitor would be on a arcade machine, and the joysticks were all wired in to the console. We played Tecmo Bowl religiously.

Not knocking Madden for what it has done ... but ya gotta give credit where credit is due. Tecmo was extremely fun, and addictive.

I just dusted off my old Sega Genesis to play some Super Tecmo Bowl and NHL 94! Two great games.


Now if only we could play online Tecmo Bowl, cuz the CPU just doesn't challenge me at all. 56-0 Final scores.

you get an nes emulator then download the game. there are like 15 leagues online. i own 2 of them. you can use the keyboard or a controller to play
