that first vid was pretty sweet, i love it when guys combine dance and martial arts stuff...that high flying flipping stuff. pretty sick.

the second one ive seen quite a bit, but still pretty awesome.

the flexibility and armstrength of that third guy is insane. that guy is a freak of nature.
