i got a sig i think will be atleast decent with a tech boarder my problem being that i am not that good with this dose neone no where i can get a good brush set to make tech boarders and with that dose ne one have ne tips for making them?

Use the polygonal lasso tool .

yup he is right. just make a new layer, add color, then cut it out using the polygonal lasso tool.
