John Elway Wallpaper - Help?

Well ... I'm still in the middle of re-installing everything, and came across this in my "WIP" folder.

A co-worker asked me if I had a John Elway wallpaper, and just happened to find this one. Problem is -- he wants something a little more "modern" -- but still have Elway in the old Bronchos uni's...

Can anyone help me out here? I would try -- but I'm quite a ways from actually getting Photoshop where I need it, and all my stuff installed.

i dont know if i like the lighting on john other than that it looks good
