I know i posted about this league once before.

the problem is i just did not do a good job explaining the league and confused everyone that was interested.

well, i tried my best to clear up the confusion and would greatly appreciate anyone just taking the time to read the description on the front page of the league site.

The basics shouldn't be too bad.

You pick a real NFL franchise (let's say the Giants) and you are then on a "team" with the 5 other players who chose the Giants franchise.

Then each week the whole team plays the same franchise (i.e. Giants1 vs Dallas1, Giants2 vs Dallas2, etc.). How you do that week counts both for your individual team record and for the 6 person Giants "team".

The draft set-up for each owner seems to boil down to a 12 team on-line draft with an 8 hour selection window starting on August 6th at 8:00pm EST.

I'm sure I'm over simplifying but I think that's the general principle.

Wow, this is quite confusing

well, yea it certainly seems that way at first. I can assure you that its really not as confusing as it looks.

Its basic fantasy football for the individuals. all the team stuff is just analyzing the stats really.

We are up over 160 owners now and this thing is becoming almost like a fantasy football convention

players and "teams" from all sorts of other sites, forums, and leagues are involved in this thing.

I hope we can get a few more players from here at the fantasy cafe too
