He's #2 on my list. He did finish last season as the #1 QB, but I think Peyton's consistency and durability make him the obvious #1 QB. I think Brady's going to slip a little this year with the addition of Maroney, Belichick will look to run it a little more. None of the other QB's come without huge question marks, so Palmer goes #2 based on his upside and the offense he's in.

It depends when I had the draft. Right now I'd have to put him fourth or so. If he manages to play in a few preseason games then move him up into second. Wouldn't take him otherwise unless he fell a good distance.
