Defense will be better, but not like the 2004 team. QB will be better but still way below adequate. Given how much of the offense goes through him, he is definitely a solid #2 RB unless there's an injury. The better defense keeps him in the gameplan a little more, which should mean he breaks 1400 yds. 8 or 9 TDs isn't unreasonable as well, even in a bad offense.
