Fantasy Contracts

Alright, I'm starting up a dynasty auction league with probably a $100 or $500 cap, and was wondering what some cool clauses/twists to the contract I could use. I'll be using a franchise tag, number of years, and probably yearly increase in contract amount, but what else is there? I know theres a restricted contract, but I don't know what restricted or unrestricted means. Can you guys help me with these questions? Thanks!

Restricted = current team can match offer from another team
Unrestricted = player goes to highest salary, current team does not get a chance to match

You want to throw a clause in there? How about a off-field behavior clause? Like if they get arrested, they get suspended for a game or 2. That could really mess some people up....

Wow, that would be interseting. Im sure you could do well just vulturing rookies that come from the "U".
