i'm gonig to try to run a salary cap league this year and if anyone knows of any sites that give weekly updates on free agents salary it would be helpful. example: if L.T. goes down what would his back up be worth?

Yeh, Yahoo has one (not up yet) and Sporting News has both a free one and a money one that are up now.
