I know I said I wouldnt think about this but I cant help myself. One of the cardinal rules of FF is that you dont draft emotionally. Dont take palyers just because they are on your favorite team, and dont not draft a guy becuase ou have some type of grudge against him.

Alexander is by far the most consistent RB over the last 5 years. Each year he has had over 1600 all purpose yards w/ over 16 total TDs. LT is the only other RB that has been so consistent. 2001 is the exception when he only had 10 TDs.

All that said, Alexander is just one of those guys you can count on, I just dont see how he can be out of the top 3.

4. Tiki Barber -Yardage monster
5. Clinton Portis -Not sure what he'll do
6. Edgerrin James -Either a bust or a monster, hard to tell
7. Rudi Johnson -Mr Consistant
8. Lamont Jordan -Relied on more this year
9. Stephen Jackson -Huge potential
10. Ronnie Brown -Doubt he can handle full workload by himself

Lost fullback, madden curse, no contract-year motivation. There are ways to justify a #6, though I would still take him 3rd. If he's a bust this year we will all (99.9% of us anyways) be proven wrong.
