When to draft J. Walker?

Javon Walker has been going on average at about pick #47 and in the 5th round. The Broncos wouldn't have traded a second round pick if they didn't plan on using him. If you are expecting numbers like he put up two years ago in Green Bay, that won't happen. But he can be a good #3 or #4 for your team.

Avelli already pointed this out, but it's worth reiterating. The bolded type is an opinino I agree with. The italics type is a "fact". The problem is, however, the two don't jive. In the 5th round, at best I'd be looking for a #2 WR, not a #3 or #4!

I'd prefer consistency at my #2 WR spot, and I'll save the gambling for my #3 or #4 spot. If you see Javon as anything higher than you're ideal #2 receiver, wait until after the 5th to take him.

I think you either stay away from him altogether or you take him in the 4th-5th boldly. I like my ability to find late round WR's as I am sure many of you others are as well so I'll pass on the risk in the middle rounds.
