Here is a league summary:
"The West Coast Fantasy Football League (WCFFL) consists of 16 teams and 2 Conferences (Nor*Cal and So*Cal). All teams are from California. The regular season consists of 14 weeks. Playoffs last 3 weeks ending with the WCFFL Superbowl. A total of 8 teams will make the playoffs. This is a Dynasty League wherein owners may retain as many players from their team as they choose from year to year. The $10 million salary cap and mandatory 15% salary increases each season for retained players are the only limiting factors. Each year, except for the leagues inaugural year, owners draft NFL rookies and bid on the top free agent veterans to fill out legal rosters of 20-28(18 starters and up to 10 bench players; not including Practice Squad and Injured Reserve) for the new season. Then they continue to waive underachievers, sign Free Agents, and make trades in an effort to build a football powerhouse. This process repeats year after year. The Commish uses ESPN to manage the league. Note: The ONLY thing ESPN will be used for is the draft, submitting lineups, help with scoring, and the playoffs. All trades and free agent acquisitions will be made through email or on the league forum."
