you guys are missing out on a House of Pain reunion....ok not really...but all three are involved,,,I haven't purchased or downloaded anything "NEW" in a loooooooooooong time,,,but I am diggin this.
I give to the Rhymefest CD as well, and a big to the J5. The Big Bang by Busta isn't half bad either.
I'll definitely be picking up the new Common, and I've been waiting what seems like forever for a new Fugees album. Anyone know when it will hit stores?
The best rap nowadays is without a doubt the Hypnotize Minds crew:
Three 6 Mafia
Project Pat
Lil Wyte
etc.
My favorites are Lil Wyte and Project Pat, those guys are incredible. I'd go out and get Doubt Me Now by Lil Wyte, and Project Pat's new album, which I don't remember the name of off the top of my head.

Lil Wyte has one or two good songs, but otherwise I am not really into these guys. There is better these days then Hypnotize Minds

Rap these days is garbage. Rappers are more interested in doing lame body movements than actually rapping a little. Check out that new video by Yung Joc (?) and you'll see what I'm saying.
I like the The Coup, "Me and Jesus the Pimp in the '79 Granada Last Night" is an awesome track.
I am sorry, but I totally disagree with all the Cashmoney, Chamillionaire, 3-6 Mafia etc. recommendations.
The lyrical content is just not there.
