Looks like a 3 year deal for 6.5 million - not too unreasonable.

Cowboys missed out as they are paying Keith "Tupac" Davis for a 2 year contract - over 3 million.

K Davis - 50 tackles, 3 PD, 0 int, 0 ff, 0 sacks - $1.5 million/yr

People are saying the Cowboys have to resign Roy Williams and also Terrence Newman soon - bu the difference in salary here is only $600,000 a year. Also, they could clear about 810,000 by waiving the ancient Marcus Coleman who is 32 compared to Dwight Smith's 27 years.
Do people think Parcells knows about some character issues, etc., that haven't surfaced yet?

I heard this earlier, I didn't even know the Cowboys were even interested in him. I thought it was either the Tampa Bay Bucs or Minnesota Vikings for obvious reasons, but Cowboy fan, you keep telling yourself you were even in the running!
