Lol, you think Lance hasn't been questioned the last 7-8 years?
Anyway, I was not in the least bit surprised.....Landis was dead in the water and absolutely drained after stage 16, and then proceeds to come out the next day and pull off one of the most impressive days in cycling history making up like 6 or 7 minutes on the leader....
Too bad though, he was a feel good story....But there is more doping in cycling than baseball ever thought about....
I think Flux is saying that while there have been questions about Armstrong there has never been any positive test with his name on it, and yes I'm including that BS test from 1999 that has since been thrown into disrepute.

I'm not saying he didn't do it. But I do think it's impossible for any form of doping to improve your performance overnight. So whatever they're saying, that he probably used something after stage 16 when he was dead in the water, and that's how he made his come-back in stage 17, I think is impossible. It's not like Popeye with his spinach. Doping doesn't effect you immediately.
Unfortunately, the B-sample is indeed usually just a formality. Landis probably used well before the Tour de France even started. Oh well, just another illusion down the drain, I guess.
