i wouldn't draft or rank a RB based on PPR scoring system because a running back is a multifacet position and depending on your scoring system he is bound to score the bulk of his points via rushing, TD's and receiving yards. PPR is just a little added bonus. what do you get 1 pt for every 5 receptions? that's hardly value.
Besides if you were ranking for PPR westbrook would probably be top 3-5
