How far does he live from you??

If it's a reasonable distance, I think you could pay him a visit. Hell, even if you don't get your money you could give him a lesson or two on screwing people over. As in, a black and blue lesson. !+)

Of course, you could get yourself in trouble with the law if you resort to violence. Be careful about it. :-D

Is the number you have his cell number or his home number?

If its his home, trace his address. Send him a $300 pizza bill. Or, find his parents and call them.

did you make your payment via paypal? if so you could send an email to paypal claiming that he used your money in a way that you were not wanting him to. they would freeze his account until he paid you back.

I got burned 2 years ago, and that was with someone I knew! Not much you can do about it though. Do a http://www.zabasearch.com on him to find his address, and go have a nice, adult chat with him... ;-7

that really sucks man. i really dont see what you can do about it, but that really sucks.

that guy really isnt worth anything if he's gonna be going about swindling people like that. it sounds like youre trying to spread the word, which is the right and about the only thing to do. hopefully no one else gets ripped off by this guy.

i guess the lesson is to not play in big money leagues with people you dont know.
