Twisted Sister, all the rules you mentioned were in place, that is why I was so dissaponted in some of the owners for not following them or at least reading them.

I happy to say though that the commish of this league just proved himself to me as solid, and all is good.
The offending owners have been penalized and the bids reset to an acceptable point and we are starting fresh.
One thing though, the boys know there is an eagle eye in the crowd besides the commish so they might be a little more carefull! lol

Thanks for the opinions fellas!

Cheers

Great to hear. Hopefully the commish stays on top of things, because you need to be a rules-lawyer if you're going to commish. I was going to suggest you and the other worried owners joint-email the commish, but apparently that's not necessary.

Much better quitting the league now than the league being ruined half way through the season when an owner does somehting stupid (drops all his players, trades away his studs for rubbish etc etc). Nothing more frustrating than dealing with issues like that during a season.

Bring the issues up with those that arent following the rules, if their responses dont meet your expectations then bail.

Couldn't agree more! It is extremely frustrating when you have irresponsible owners.
