I got it for the first time. You cant afford $8??? Well I like it and I think its worth it. Plus all the weekly cheatsheets and updates arent free this year. If you buy the guide you get all the regular pigskin stuff too. ALso, they are sending an updated one on the 15th so its before most drafts. Sack up and buy it!

Ive stopped buying that stuff. Every year I would spend a bundle on magazines and other such this and it just a waste. If cash is tight just spend some time online doing some good research and you should be able to come up with some dependable cheetsheets on your own.

I absolutely loved it last year and I'll probably suck it up and get it again this year because it's packed with awesome stuff. I especially love their rookies and sleepers section come draft time.

are you saying the weekly cheatsheets they post on their site every week isn't going to be free this year? like all the sleepers and everything each week won't be free?

Looking at their draft guide from last year I am really not impressed. In fact just looking at their tipsheet on players to grab and players to avoid, they really missed the mark on several players:

Must have Players from 2005:
Kerry Collins
Tatum Bell
Jamal Lewis
Nate Burleson
Ashely Lelie

Players to avoid for 2005:
Steve Smith
Hines Ward
Plaxico Burress
Santana Moss

Could they be any more wrong??? This compilation was 90% of the section..... :-t

Stay with the cafe and compile your own rankings based on information and opinions gathered here and take that 8 bucks and buy yourself a pizza.....

I like their weekly articles as much as the next guy, especially their "What the Hell Happenned" section as I find it quite amusing but I am not paying my hard earned $$$ for it, let alone a draft guide that gives bad advice......

I'm not a huge Pigskinaddiction fan, nor would I ever buy a draft guide, but why would you make stuff up like this? :-?

This is directly from their 2005 guide. Sure, they didn't do a terrific job, but they listed twice as many correct choices as they did incorrect (especially in the have-nots), where you said what you showed was 90% of the section. :-t :-t :

Must Have Players:
QB Carson Palmer- CIN: Everything is set up for him to explode. He has awesome weapons and he
finished strong against 2 great D’s (NE,BAL). With Chad Johnson and TJ Holyshatmandu as well as a
sleeper rookie in Chris Henry, Palmer blows up this year.

QB Kerry Collins- OAK: Add Randy Moss to any offense and the QB becomes a sleeper. Collins throws
a good deep ball and Moss is the ultimate deep WR. If you can still get Collins on the cheap, you just
have to add him to your roster.

RB Lamont Jordan- OAK: Here’s our “Holy crap you’re way out on that limb Snake” pick. I expect
Jordan to put up #1RB stats for a 3rd round pick price tag. Moss pulls a safety off the run, the Oakland
O-line is good, and Norv Turner’s history with stud backs is proven. Jordan has spent years behind CMart
just waiting for a chance to start. He has shown he has the talent, now he gets the shot. Don’t
miss adding this guy to your roster! He should be there in the 3rd thus allowing you to use one of your
first 2 picks on a QB or WR and still lock up 2 stud RB’s in the first 3 rounds.

RB Jamal Lewis- BAL: Yeah he pushed a 4 month bid in the big house, and yes he won’t be released
from his house arrest garbage until after training camp starts. I don’t care. Jam is going to be happy to
put all this behind him and get back to football. He’s got one of the best O-Line’s in the biz and the
Ravens run the crap out of the ball. He bounces back big this year and he’s not being drafted where he
should be. If he falls to late 1st round, don’t be a dillweed…draft away!

RB Tatum Bell- DEN: Forget all the Mike Anderson BS…Tatum is the man. He added 12 pounds of
muscle to handle the wear and tear this year without losing an ounce of speed. He’s got home run
capability. The fact that he’s a Denver RB and his coach makes Satan look like little orphan Annie will
scare people away from Tatum. If I said you could get 1300 yards and 12 td’s in the 3rd or 4th round
you’d tell me to put the pipe down and slowly step away. Be a gambler…the risk is worth the reward.
Tatum pays off big this year!

RB Carnell Williams- TB: Here’s your ROY. Over 1000 yards and probably 10 td’s. He has crap for an
O-line but Gruden’s offense will get him out in space with the rock. This kid has that X-factor that
makes him special. He can cut on a dime, catches the rock well, and finishes runs like he’s trying to hurt
someone. Think Curtis Martin only quicker…yes folks, he’s that good.

WR Nate Burleson- MIN: Nate will step up to take over the lead dog role in the Minnesota passing
game. Culpepper is too good and their offense is too good to fall off the map just because Randy’s gone.
Burleson is much better than people are giving him credit for and this is his 3rd year. He will be C-Pepp’s
go-to guy and that’s money in the bank to me. He’s going way later in drafts than he should be…value!

WR Larry Fitzgerald- ARI: This kid put up decent numbers last year with stir-fried crap for a QB and
he did it all on a bum ankle. Now he’s healthy and ready to improve upon last year’s numbers. If Kurt
Warner can find even a 1/20th of the old magic he had, Fitz is going to have a breakout year. Unless you
watched him play in college, you don’t know how special this kid is…he’s about to show you.

WR Ashley Lelie- DEN: He semi-broke out last year, this year he finishes the job. Rod Smith falls off a
little more and Lelie steps up a little more. Last year they shared 2,200 yards with and 1100/1000 split,
this year, Lelie takes 1,250 of those yards. He just hasn’t put it all together yet but he will this season.

WR Roy Williams- DET: Everyone on the planet knows how talented this kid is, he just needs to stay
healthy. Adding Mike Williams isn’t going to affect Williams, Williams is the thoroughbred of the group
and will be the go-to…did you see some of those TD catches last year? Insane.

WR Donald Driver- GB: This pick is value-based alone. Driver isn’t going to set the world on fire with
his stats but you can get him for the price of a dented can. He’s being drafted in WR#20 territory and
will quietly put up top 10 numbers much like last season. You have to scoop value like that.

The Have-Not’s…No thanks, I’ll pass

QB Michael Vick- ATL: THE most overrated player in all of fantasy football. Yes he can run the hell out
of the ball, but he can’t pass gas. With very few throwing touchdowns and the huge injury risk every
time he takes off, I won’t use my early pick to take him. If he falls late, I’d consider making him my
backup QB, but no way he’s my starter. People still buy the hype and draft him WAY too early.

QB Ben Roethlisberger- PIT: Yeah, yeah…last year was magical. Big Ben is still in a run-first offense
and he loses Plaxico Burress. Not that that is a huge loss, but it is a loss. The Steelers will do what they
did last season, and that’s run and play great D. 2600 yards and 17 td’s or so is nothing to get excited
about. Because he did so well last season, some nipple-dink in your league will draft him early…stay
away!

QB Joey Harrington- DET: I don’t think the kid can handle this kind of hot seat…he’s in the hottest
seat this side of J-Lo. With Jeff Garcia just waiting for a chance behind him, Harrington’s leash is too
short. He falls in drafts, but I’m just going to say no and pass.
RB Fred Taylor- JAX: This nut-rod just now let’s us know he had MCL/PCL surgery…thanks a lot pal.
His knee is definitely more injured than anyone thought. The Jags are right now hot after Travis Henry.
Looking at Taylor’s history from year’s ago, adding in the fact he only managed 3 td’s last year and then
realize some dipmunk will draft him in the 3rd round of your draft…this one’s a no-brainer. Scratch him
off your draft lists.

RB Ahman Green- GB: Ahman is on his way down. He’ll never even be close to 2003 numbers again.
He’s slowing down, gets dinged a lot, and his O-line lost 2 All Pro caliber guards. That doesn’t add up to
much confidence. If he falls down into the 2nd round, you have to take him on value alone but don’t take
him as early as he’s gone in many drafts. I wouldn’t even take him at the top of the 2nd round. If you’re
late 2nd and he’s there…you’re almost obligated. I’d rather not draft him and avoid the whole “slumping
and aging RB” thing.

RB Chris Brown- HOU: We all know Chrissy couldn’t stay healthy in a padded bubble. Like a genius I
drafted him in a dynasty league and he’s had 2 injuries since…IN THE OFF-SEASON! If you’re racking up
injuries in the off-season, you’re screwed when we get to live action. Brown has a ton of talent but he
cannot stay healthy. His mom didn’t make him drink enough milk and he runs straight up and down like
a giraffe…giraffe off my draft list.

RB Kevan Barlow- SF: Bustlow was horrible last season and SF hasn’t gotten much better. In fact,
they have brought in a new RB (Frank Gore). What kind of confidence does that give you in Barlow? Not
much. Could he bounce back? Anything’s possible, Ellen has her own damn talk show. It is highly
unlikely that this happens and we’re probably staring down the barrel of a RBBC sitchimation. Pass.

RB Michael Bennett- MIN: OH GOODIE! Another RB that gets beat up by a stiff wind and breaks like
thin china. Bennett has insane speed, we all know that but he’s a little bit tougher than new girl scout. If
he gets tackled, odds of him being hurt are around 87%. Do you really want to gamble on that kind of
stuff? Do you want a wussy RB who loses all red zone totes to his QB and Moe Williams? Do you want a
RB who has a meathead for a coach that could hit us up with a RBBC at any minute? I know I
don’t…pass.

WR Hines Ward- PIT: I think the guy is an awesome WR but he is way too overrated for me to think
about drafting him. They run the crap out of the ball and Big Ben isn’t the greatest QB on the planet.
Losing Plaxico could hurt. I’m not saying Ward sucks, he’s a great WR, but his price is more than I’m
willing to pay…he is always going before guys like Roy Williams, Burleson, and Fitzgerald…I’d much
rather have them than Ward. Pass.

WR Steve Smith- CAR: This guy is shooting up the charts for some reason? He had one decent year
and playoff run and now he’s top 15 WR material? What did I miss? His ADP has him going as
WR15…not in my draft! He’s coming off a snapped limb which is never a good thing. His very best year
was 1100 yards and 7 td’s. That was with Muhammad opposite him and on healthy wheels…both of
those are now gone. No way I’m spending that kind of dough on Smith…like taking an ugly chick to the
Red Lobster…girl you better meet me at McDonald’s!

WR Chris Chambers- MIA: Why on earth do people keep putting this guy so high on their charts? I
will say without a doubt that our cheatsheet has him lower than anyone in the world. I’ve seen him as
high as WR20 on some other sites…huh? The guy has NEVER had a 1000 yard season. Did you hear me
say NEVER? That means he has not put 1000 yards up during any season in his entire career. Somehow
he’s going to jump up the charts? Did Miami sign Peyton Manning? Nope…same old crap-ass QB’s. O-line
get better? Nope. Better #2 WR to help him out? Nope. Please put the crack-pipe down and slide this
guy down your draft charts! He’s not even on my draft list (I’m stubborn like that).

WR Eric Moulds- BUF: Moulds has been as solid as they come but this year is going to be the drop-off.
He still ADP’s at WR29 and that probably won’t happen. He has a virtual rookie at QB in JP Losman and
WR Lee Evans is now THE man when it comes to airing it out in that offense. Moulds will fall off way
below his price tag…I’ll pass.

WR Plaxico Burress- NYG: Aside from the fact this guy is just a stupid son of a biotch, he’s now
playing with a 2nd year QB on a team that throws more to their RB than anyone else. Eli has a stiff
learning curve still and the WR’s will see about as many balls as your fat cousin Ethel with that hairy
mole on her chin. He’ll be overrated, overpaid, and ….crap, I can’t think of what else he’ll be…okay, he’ll
be overstupid! Pass.

WR Santana Moss- WAS: He sucked in NY with Pennington at the helm, now he’s in passing hell with
Patrick Ramsey and that whole fiasco. Moss is too small and gets beat up like trailer park girlfriends by
good DB’s. He will NEVER put up #1 WR numbers so don’t draft him that way. If 800 yards, 4 td’s and
an injury excites you, go ahead and draft him. I’ll pass.

Seriously, how can you be any more misleading? They listed maybe 10 players and you only listed the bad ones (Tatum Bell did have 921 yards and 8TDs, a value at his ADP).

Here are some other must haves from 2005:
Carson Palmer (8th+ Round Pick ended up being #1 QB)
LaMont Jordan (late 2nd to 4th Rd Pick put up 1st Rd #'s)
Carnell Williams (they even said "here's your ROY")
Larry Fitzgerald (unreal value pick)
Donald Driver (1221 and 5TDs was solid value)

Here are others to avoid:
Michael Vick
Joey Harrington
Fred Taylor
Ahman Green
Chris Brown
Kevan Barlow
Michael Bennett
Eric Moulds

It might be hard-earned money for you (1.5 hrs of flipping burgers)...but it's a pittance to others.

The thing I like about PSA is that they don't just regurgitate last year's stats. They made ballsy picks...some pan out and some don't...but they'll give you legit reasons either way. It's a lot more than most draft guides and sites.

Misleading??? Read their whole must have article.. They list 11 MUST HAVE players, 4 maybe 5 of those 11 actually had any resemblance of a decent year. We'll say 5 for sake of argument. Thats 45% percent accuracy!! 45%!!! The ones they did were pretty damn obvious. No real sleepers there... My bad, these guys are good! Its easy to be "ballsy" if your customers (which if you are paying you are) only expext you to be right less then half of the time. You have better information and cheatsheets here that are free.

I challenge any of you to tell me you would have won you league by taking their advice.

Here is your roster:

Collins
Tatum Bell
Jamal Lewis
Lelie
Burleson
Roy Williams

in drafting these guys, you passed on guys like:
Ward, Smith, Burress , Moss.... How many games did you win??? Not many...

Anytime you want to compare W-2s BH, you let me know....

The only thing misleading is their picks. Just my .02 which is alot cheaper then their $8.
