Is Lelie valuable as an Eagle?

I thought I had read somewhere where the Eagles really don't have a player the Broncos want and I believe Denver is looking for a first or second round pick for him.

Lelei woudl be a good fit in PHI, but he is definitely not worth a 1st or 2nd rd pick. Why in the world would DEN think they could get that for him?

He'll have to do a lot before I consider him more than a #5 WR. Spot-duty/bye week filli-in at best.

I think that Leile would make some team a good #2 recv if he has a decent qb to throw him the ball. His stats aren't that bad.

Receiving Stats
YEAR TEAM G REC YDS AVG LNG TD FD FUM LOST
2002 DEN 16 35 525 15.0 48 2 24 0 0
2003 DEN 16 37 628 17.0 60 2 25 0 0
2004 DEN 16 54 1084 20.1 58 7 40 0 0
2005 DEN 16 42 770 18.3 56 1 30 0 0
Career 64 168 3007 17.9 60 12 119 0 0

Seems like a good fit for someone that needs a good middle to deep threat recv.

I agree 100%, I would love to have him here. But if that is what Denver wants, there is no way the Eagle are going to pull the trigger.
