Which NFL RB is or seems the fastest when watching him on the TV. LT is an option, but Portis has very nice acceleration.

Portis does look pretty dang fast in the open field...but I bet a lot of Steelers fans will say Willie Parker has him beat. :-)

Reggie Bush!

Among players that have actually played a down in the league currently active I might go with Tatum Bell. Once he hits the open field no one is catching him.
The facts have no meaning.

I guess we all know that Michael Bennett is the fastest but the orignal question was who seems the fastest on TV. IMO I think Tatum Bell seems the fastest.
