Even during the prolific 2004 season, Stokely was a borderline start. He would put up 110+ yards and 2 TDs one game, then catch two passes for 34 yards the next. It was like playing slots at the casino if you started him in your fantasy lineup - payed off once in a while but usually robbed you clean.
Even if the Colts return to their prior ways, Stokely is barely worth a 4th WR spot or 2nd flex spot in your lineup. And I don't know many leagues that start 4 WRs or 2 flex WR/RB slots.
