2nd year commish wants to add bonus...for what?

I'm a commish for a semi-casual 10 team group of co-workers and vagabonds. Last year was our innaugural year, and it was a blast. Live draft in the back room of a bar, lots of drunken smack talk on Yahoo, etc...

This year, I want to spread the pay-outs a little. We use Yahoo standard scoring. It's not big $$ to begin with ($40 buy-in), and I'm awarding 1st-5th cash prizes. After I deduct for draft night supplies, I have $20 to throw at someone. Who?

I was thinking highest total points for non-playoff team? Least WW moves?
