Free draft tool/cheatsheet compiler

Hey,

anybody know of a good free draft tool or cheatsheet compiler that's up online? I got one last year, but I can't remember the source...let me set up scoring guidelines and then ranked players based on projections that you could personally edit, it was really nice...
