When I have a league setting at:

Rushing Yards (20 yards per point; 2 points at 100 yards)

does that mean when a guy reaches 100 yards of rushing in a single game he gets 2 bonus points, or is that a one time thing for the entire season.

I'm pretty sure that every game where they hit 100 yards they get 2 extra points, not 100 percent sure but almost

Yeah it is a every-game scoring thing just like the other scoring settings.

Yes 100 percent positive, that is a WEEKLY bonus. Every time they run for 100 yards they get that bonus.
