Interesting Sig/Avatar request?

Hey all artists and creative minds, I have quite the interesting Sig and Avatar request for you...

I'm looking for a Sig of Ronnie Brown and Edgerrin James (in his Cardinal uniform, please) and preferably running the ball...now for the interesting part...my fantasy team name is "Scruff's Toenails", so I'd like a picture of toenails or toes or something (just find the best picture of toes/toenails you can, however they look). I'd also like the text to say "Scruff's Toenails"

Also if you have time, I'd like an avatar of Troy Polamalu, preferably in his home uniform, with some cool gold acrylic type of background, with the text "Hawaiian Lightning"
