Hello, need two owners for a $150 14-team league with NFFC scoring and rules and FAAB system. It is a good league that has been around for five years and has great owners. The draft is August 28 and will be on Sportsline. Rules and regulations are below, if you need more information, email mailto:Brian1harwood@aol.com for more information!

Live Draft, 8/28/06 09:00 pm ET.
• 18 Rounds, with 92 seconds between picks.
• Draft robot enabled - picks are made automatically for teams that let the clock expire.

Player Pool: AFC and NFC Players.
Positions: QB, RB, WR, TE, K, RB-WR-TE and DST.
Transactions: • Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before gametime for each player.
• Owners may set lineups.
• Add/drops are handled by a automated blind bidding auction process (FAAB).
• The automated auction process runs everyday until the season starts, at which time the process will run on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Each team will have a starting budget of $1000.
• Zero bids are not allowed.
• The tie break order resets after each weeks' games.
• Dropped players will not be auctioned for at least 1 day(s)
• Owners may do trades.
• No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 PM ET 11/3/06.

Schedule: Playoffs start in Week 14 and last for 3 Weeks.
Fees: League Entry Fee: $150

Scoring: Head-to-Head, Points Based System.
Ties go to the team with more points from Reserves.
Scoring based on total stats each period.
Ties in the standings are resolved in this order: Winning Percentage, Total Points, Head to Head Record.


Scoring for Offensive Categories
FG - Field Goals 3 points
Plus .10 points for a FG of 30+ Yds

FL - Fumble Lost, Including ST plays -2 points
IFRTD - Individual Fumble Recovery TD 6 points
Pa2P - Passing Two-point Conversion 2 points
PaInt - Passing Interception -2 points
PaTD - Passing TD 6 points
PaYd - Passing Yards 0+ PaYds = .05 points for every 1 PaYd

Re2P - Receiving Two-point Conversion 2 points
ReTD - Receiving TD 6 points
ReYd - Receiving Yards 0+ ReYds = .10 points for every 1 ReYd

Recpt - Reception 0 points
Ru2P - Rushing Two-point Conversion 2 points
RuTD - Rushing TD 6 points
RuYd - Rushing Yards 0+ RuYds = .10 points for every 1 RuYd

XP - Extra Points 1 point
Special Scoring for Quarterbacks
Recpt - Reception 1 point
Special Scoring for Running Backs
Recpt - Reception .5 points
Special Scoring for Wide Receivers
Recpt - Reception 1 point
Special Scoring for Tight Ends
Recpt - Reception 1 point

Scoring for Defensive Categories
DFR - Defensive/ST Fumble Recovered (ID/DT/DST) 2 points
DTD - Total Defensive and Special Teams TD 6 points
Int - Interceptions 2 points
PA - Points Against, Total Points Scored 0 - 1 PA = 12 points
2 - 7 PA = 8 points
8 - 12 PA = 4 points
13 - 17 PA = 2 points

SACK - Sack 1 point
STY - Safety 2 points

Three weeks of Playoffs:

Week 14-16
Top Six teams make playoffs
Three division winners get top 3 seeds, three other teams get wild cards depending on overall record, then head-to-head matchups against other team in tiebreaker unless there is more than two teams in the tiebreaker. Then it will go to total points scored for the entire season if necessary.

The tiebreaker among division winners goes like this: 1. Overall record 2. Head-to-head matchups against other team in tiebreaker 3. If there are more than two teams in tiebreaker, it will go to total points scored for the entire season to that point.

Week 14 playoffs: 1st and 2nd seeds (division winners) get a bye

3rd division winner vs. 3rd wild card (6th seed)

4th vs.5th seed (1st vs. 2nd wild card)

Week 15:

TOP seed vs. lowest remaining seed out of last week's winners

2nd seed (bye from Week 14) vs. highest remaining seed out of last week's winners.

Week 16:

HFS Online draft II

PAYOUTS:

Here are prize pool payouts:

$900 to tournament playoff winner
$400 to tournament playoff finals loser
$150 to each division winner at end of regular season ($300 total)
$150 to most total points at the end of the regular season

Commish plays free from running the league

TRADE RULE FOR THIS LEAGUE:

They are effective the next scoring period, which is when one trade partner offers a deal and the other trade partner accepts. Unless...

Each team gets 2 protests for the year. You must PUT YOUR PROTEST ON LEAGUE MESSAGE BOARD WITHIN 24 HRS OF TRADE. NO OTHER WAY WILL BE ACCEPTED. If two team protests...just two it goes to a vote. Everyone votes and it needs a minimum 6 (50% of the league votes against it) veto to overturn. The voting period
is 48 hrs.

It will be conducted via the CBS home page poll. Whether a team protests is upheld or not, he burns one of his protests and remember you only get 2.

Here is also a kicker...if you protest and you dont get the other needed to go to vote, you still lose a protest.

You can only make one trade with the same team per week (or seven day period). Maximum 8 players in any deal.

If your trade gets voted down you CANNOT trade with that team again until the following week (after seven days elapse) with
restrictions.

If your trade gets voted down and you want to try and trade with that team the following week(s) the following restrictions apply:

If it was a 2 player deal - 1 player must be changed

3 player deal - 2 players must be
changed

4 player deal - 3 players must be
changed

5 player deal - 3 players must be
changed

6 player deal - 4 players must be
changed

7 player deal - 4 players must be
changed

8 player deal - 5 players must be
changed.

Under no circumstances can a trade be posted again that involves the exact same players unless 4 weeks have passed. It is allowable then for things may have changed.

This new rule will work but it seems hard to understand at first.

i'm in a couple of his baseball leagues, and a couple of his football ones, and I can say definitively that it's more than 10. he must spend one entire work day per week just changing his lineups.
