No, just predetermined that I was going to pick Germany because Florida was the last correct answer.

Most of the time I am making an educated guess, but I figured why not just go with a complete random guess this time. See how that works out, ya know.

I said Germany. And if I am right, I am on a roll the last one I did was the first one I got right.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.
