I don't. I know Randy Moss was #1 last year, and I think Vick was #2. I could be wrong though. I have no idea on this year's. You have to assume Terrell Owens is in the top 5 though.

Not sure, but I remember hearing Reggie Bush pre-orders had doubled the amount Alex Smith got pre-ordered in a matter of hours.

If I had to take a rough guess I'd say:
Reggie Bush, Terrell Owens, Eli Manning, Larry Johnson, and Vince Young would be a few of the front-runners. ;-D
