new sig, little help?

im working on some new stuff, and Ive seen a few similiar things around here at the cafe, I haven't quite perfected it yet, I was just wondering what you guys thought of it, and what you think I should do to make it better. thanks.

i like the style of it, could use some text. you did i nice job if bringing attention right to westy. i cant tell if you put a border on, but if you havent do, and maybe make it a white border. try 2 px of white under 1 px of black.

I don't think its bad at all. I like the glow around Brian, draws your attention to him.
