Simple, but solid. Try changing the font on the text and make it stand out more. Not sure about the logo either... it's just floating around up there.

Well -- changed the text up a bit, moved stuff around and added a little motion to Smith.

The text looks better, but I think it would look better white (on overlay or something... play around with it) to match the pic better.
