Cowboys might trade for receiver Tom Orsborn 8/9/2006
Coach Bill Parcells said the Cowboys are in the market for a receiver.
Besides Owens and Terry Glenn, third-year player Patrick Crayton is the only receiver in camp with 30 or more career catches.
"We are talking to teams (about trades)," Parcells said. "We are trying to be as proactive on it as we can and see what might be available and see what teams might be heavy at that position. I think we could be heavy at a spot or two, so maybe we can do some business.
Why on earth would anyone outside of Canada be interested in Freddie Mitchell. The guy is the Tab Cola of NFL wideouts. Looks like the real thing, but tastes like crap. The Niners could at least ask Jerry Rice to come back before they invite Fred-Ex.
