There's plenty of teams out there with less than 10 wins last year who have a chance to be pretty good this year.
well i dont know about "plenty", but Chargers, Cowboys and Dolphins are the only ones that would catch my eye.
I'd also add the Eagles and possibly the Falcons...not saying they'll have the best record, but they could be pretty good
I dont see the Eagles having the "Best" record in the NFL this year when they have play Washington, Dallas and the Giants each twice this season.

And their players stay out of jail. LOL. I voted bengals too.
Seattle has a good shot they play a pretty weak schedule this year.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.
