12th owner in dynasty league-draft on Monday

Hey all-we're looking for a 12th owner in a dynasty league, drafting Monday starting at Noon EST. We will be doing a slow snake draft of 19 rounds, plus 5 rounds of NCAA players. This will be hosted by Yahoo, and the draft will be on a forum. We expect to finish up with the draft before opening day.

How about the dynasty rules? contract years? Set number of keepers? elaborate please.

As to the rules of the dynasty-we don't do contract years-you draft they player, he's yours unless you release or trade. You keep 19 players on your pro roster-so if you promote Reggie Bush this year, it's necessary to drop a pro player. The NCAA draft will be held each year, along with a suplemental draft if any expansion is done next year. Hope that answers your questions.
