Well, to that end it does seem awfully convenient that they had a camera on the shredder so quickly. They could have some pretty good/quick cameramen, so who knows. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was staged.

edit: I just watched it again. Looks like it was edited. If you watch the time (lower right), it takes place over several hours. Must have been the top story at the top of every hour. She may have said something earlier off camera to the affect if they lead with that story again she'll shred it.
