First, Hall is good enough to start as one of your DBs. With the additions they've made in their secondary (Lawyer Millory & Jimmy Williams) he should be getting more passes his way.
Second, you recall that last year the Rams had to use on of their DB's on offense. Furrier. I thought of using the same strategy. He was listed as a DB all season long, but he wasn't even playing defense, he was the #3/#4 WR for most of the second half.
He never got enough thrown his way to make it worth it.
But that was how Yahoo handled that particular scenario.
By the way, I don't think Hall will ever play offense.
