portis will be the #1 rb at the end of the year.
that honestly wouldnt surprise me b/c he has less risks than basically any RB out there IMO. im one of the people that would take him #3 over SA based on that. not LT and LJ though; LT is very consistent, and LJ has ridiculous potential.
Kudos to Leber for the amazing sig and to Metroid for the userbar and making them both fit 2008 and 2009 Defunct Dynasty League Champion

yeah i'm not saying draft him #1...but i'm praying for the #4 draft position this year.

The madden curse is not 100% superstition. Players who have amazing years get put on the cover. A lot of times thats because they were worked really hard in their breakout career year. The following year they may be suffering a little from being overworked last season. So there is actually a small amount of validity to the 'curse'. Maybe 10%.
Dont pass on Alexander, but dont completely count out the power of the Madden 'curse'

I have the #3 pick in one of my drafts. If SA falls to me there I will rename my team "Buck the Curse".
I feel reasonable confident that the Madden curse will be in a state of remission with all the upheaval in the Madden universe. HOF induction and a new network should keep Madden's gremlins at bay.

Absolutely ridiculous. If anything, Seattle will be even stronger on offense this year, yes, even without Hutch, which everyone is making out to be some of kind of superhuman offensive lineman that is impossible to replace.
If I had the 1st overall pick, I would take SA over LJ.

Dude, the Easter bunny and Santa Claus dont' exist, you do realize this, right?

Any amount is fine to me, but we have to send the money to a third party so you don't chicken out after about week 6 when it becomes apparent they're going to win 12+ games this year.
Seriously, PM me if you want to make that bet.
I've got a quarter just burning a hole in my pocket. Sucker bet, anyone who tkaes you up on this deserves what they get!
